2003 Tye Soon established Pal Everts to improve its Thailand distribution network
2002 Tye Soon established Naga Jaya Group to improve its Malaysian distribution network
2001 Tye Soon established Imparts Distribution Pty Ltd to improve its Australian distribution network
2000 Tye Soon acquired Imparts Automotive Pty Ltd to improve its Australian distribution network
1997 Tye Soon was listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange in May 1997
1993 Celebrated 60th Anniversary with the opening of Tye Soon Building at Toh Guan Road
1970s Tye Soon moved its operations from Rocher Canal Road to Waterloo Street
1933 China-born, Mr Ong Ban Guan co-founded Tye Soon as a business dealing with the wholesale distribution and retailing of bicycle components at Rocher Canal Road
